Agreement

By linking a mailbox to AccountBot or using the Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the app.

The service

AccountBot lets an authorized Discord operator retrieve Steam Guard one-time codes from emails sent by [email protected] in a mailbox you link via Google or Microsoft OAuth.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must only link mailboxes you own or are allowed to access.
• You are responsible for who can use the Discord bot on the operator’s allowlist.
• You must comply with Google, Microsoft, Discord, and Steam terms that apply to your accounts.

Acceptable use

You may not use AccountBot to:

• Access anyone else’s mailbox without permission
• Abuse, spam, or circumvent platform security controls
• Violate applicable law

AccountBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, Google, Microsoft, or Discord.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, changed, or shut down at any time without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of access, data, or Steam/account security incidents arising from use of the bot.

Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke OAuth access at any time. The operator may remove linked accounts or disable the bot at any time.
